We are excited to welcome you to the Joint 23^rd ENS@T and 3^rd COST Harmonis@tion Meeting in Palma de Mallorca, from October 2^nd-4^th, 2024!

Please see the detailed information below regarding the meeting logistics and the attached files with further information about the Poster and Oral presentation.

Registration: Registration is now closed. Only registered ENS@T/Harmonis@tion members can attend the meeting.

On-site Check-in: Check-in opens on Wednesday, October 2nd, from 12:00h to 13:30h. Please plan your arrival accordingly to avoid lines. During this time, please submit your Oral Presentation file at the ‘Technical Desk’ and set up Guided Posters (GP1-GP36) & Posters (P37-P70).

Meeting Program: A final version will be published on the September 26th on the Harmonis@tion website.

COST Harmonisation Travel Grant Holders: If you are one of the approximately 150 travel grant holders, you will need to sign an on-site form every day of the meeting to be eligible for reimbursement. Please ensure you visit the designated desk daily to complete this requirement.

Sustainability: In an effort to be environmentally conscious, please bring your own notebook, and pencil.

Luggage Storage: A wardrobe for luggage storage will be available at the Palma Auditorium on the first (Oct 2^nd) and last (Oct 4^th) days of the meeting.

Weather and Dress Code: If weather permits, dinners will be held at the Palma Auditorium Rooftop. Please dress appropriately for autumn weather. You can check the forecast using this [https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=palma+de+mallorca+forecast].

Transportation from Palma Airport to Palma Auditorium:

• 13 minutes by Taxi or Uber.
  For Uber, you will receive directions about Palma Airport pickup points directly in the app.
• 45 minutes by public transport

Dietary Restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know by September 27th using this [https://forms.gle/4rh5ngko6mB2Gbb96]. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Guided Posters (GP) and Posters (P) Presentation Guidelines:

• Size: Printed, Vertical format (1 m x 2 m). Materials for hanging the posters will be provided by the organizers “maximum size, smaller posters are fine”.
• Number: GP and P numbers are available below and in the online meeting program (from Sept 25^th).

Presentation Schedule:

Guided Posters GP1 – GP36 & Posters P37 – P70:

• These posters should be hanged in their designated slots on Wednesday, Oct 2^nd “maximum size, smaller posters are fine”. The suggested time for installation is immediately after the On-site Check-in, between 12:00h and 13:30h.
• These posters will be presented during their scheduled times on Thursday, Oct 3^rd.
• These posters must be taken down on Thursday, between 19:45h and 19:50h.

Posters P71 – P137:

• These posters should be hanged in their designated slots on Thursday, Oct 3^rd, from 19:50h to 20:00h “maximum size, smaller posters are fine”.
• These posters will be presented on the morning of Friday, Oct 4^th.
• These posters must be taken down by the end of the session on Friday.

Oral Presentation Guidelines:

Oral communication Presenters, if you didn’t do it yet, to confirm your attendance and presentation, please complete the following [https://forms.gle/nYJ8wAqV7GyczAu67] by September 25^th.

• Presentation Length: Each presentation should be 7 minutes long (maximum), followed by 4 minutes for Q&A.
• Schedule Information: The presentation number (OR1 to OR43) and the day/time of each presentation will be provided to presenters by email and, from the Sept 26^th, in the final online meeting program available at the Harmonis@ation website (https://www.goharmonisation.com/the-joint-23rd-enst-and-3rd-cost-harmonistion-meeting/).
• File Naming: Name your presentation file using the format: OR#_name.surname (e.g., OR1_Charles.Darwin).
• File Submission: Handle your PowerPoint or PDF file at the Technical Desk on Wednesday, Oct 2^nd, between 12:00h and 13:30h.

If you submitted an abstract and did not receive a response, please check your spam folder (the email’s subject is ‘ENSAT 2024 – Abstract Outcome Notification’). Please note that the abstract submission tool as well as the application for travel grant button appear once you are registered.

We would like to remind you that there is no registration fee for ENS@T and Harmonis@tion members. As it was the case last year, we are offering close to 100 travel and accommodation grants to the adrenal experts (clinicians and researchers), as well as IT and ethics experts. The call for travel grants is open until May 15, 2024. To be considered for travel grant, you have to be a member of COST/Harmonis@tion from one of the COST Member Countries AND submit an abstract for the meeting (you can submit a first version of your abstract until May 15 for the travel grant, which you will still be able to edit until June 15th for the final version for the meeting). IT, legal, and ethics experts do not have to submit an abstract to be considered for a travel grant. Grants will be awarded by the end of May and the winners will be informed by Email. Early-career investigators (<45 years of age) and those from Eastern European countries are strongly encouraged to apply.

The deadline for general abstract submissions for the scientific meeting is June 15, 2024. You may submit your abstract during the registration process or later by logging into your account.
