Final Conference of the CA20122: Joint 24th ENS@T Scientific Meeting and 4th Harmonisation Meeting

We are thrilled to invite you to participate in the Final Conference of the CA20122: Joint 24th ENS@T Scientific Meeting and 4th Harmonis@tion Meeting, which will be held in Belgrade, Serbia, from September 3 – 5, 2025.

Registration and Abstract Submission: Registration and abstract submission will open on March 17, 2025. Only registered ENS@T/Harmonis@tion members can attend the meeting.
Abstract Submission Deadline: The abstract submission deadline is April 15, 2025, for the first draft of your abstract, with the final submission deadline on May 20, 2025.
On-Site Check-in: Check-in opens on Wednesday, September 3rd, from 12:00h to 13:30h. Please plan your arrival accordingly to avoid lines. During this time, please submit your Oral Presentation file at the ‘Technical Desk’ and set up Guided Posters & Posters.
Meeting Programme: A final version will be published on the August 26th on the Harmonis@tion website.
COST Harmonisation Travel Grant Holders: If you are one of the approximately 150 travel grant holders, you will need to sign an on-site form every day of the meeting to be eligible for reimbursement. Please ensure you visit the designated desk daily to complete this requirement.
Sustainability: In an effort to be environmentally conscious, please bring your own notebook, and pencil.
Luggage Storage: A wardrobe for luggage storage will be available at the Hotel “Metropol Palace” on the first (Sep 3rd) and last (Sep 5th) days of the meeting.
Weather and Dress Code: The weather in Belgrade at the beginning of September is typically mild summer weather but can be very warm with occasional summer rain showers. Please check the forecast using this link [Belgrade Forecast].
Transportation from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport to Hotel “Metropol Palace”
- 25 minutes by Taxi (official taxi information stand is available at the airport) or Car Go (alternative for Uber).
- 40 minutes by public transport
The A1 minibus runs every 20 minutes from the airport terminal to Savski Trg terminal. Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver. From Savski Trg terminal, you can reach the hotel by city tram (lines 2, 12, and 7L – Terminal Pravni fakultet). Public transportation tickets can be purchased via SMS service. Additional information on ticket purchases for public transportation is available at: https://belgrade.plus/.

Contribution for Conference Social Events and Meeting Support (50€)
To enhance the conference experience and provide additional networking opportunities, participants are asked to contribute 50€ towards social events and general meeting support. This small contribution helps facilitate key aspects of the event, ensuring a well-organized and engaging environment for all attendees.
The contribution should be made online during the conference registration process. Early online payment is highly recommended, as it allows for better planning and a seamless experience during the event. Upon payment, participants will receive a voucher confirming their contribution and upon registration, the badges will be labeled with this voucher as well.
Your support is invaluable in making this conference a successful and enriching experience for all.
Guided Posters (GP) and Posters (P) Presentation Guidelines:
- Size: Printed, Vertical format (1 m x 2 m – maximum size, smaller posters are fine). Materials for hanging the posters will be provided by the organizers.
- Number: GP and P numbers will be available on the online meeting programme (July 15th).
Oral Presentation Guidelines:
- Presentation Length: Each presentation should be a maximum of 7 minutes, followed by 4 minutes for Q&A.
- Schedule Information: Presenters will receive their presentation number and the scheduled day and time via email. This information will also be available in the final online meeting programme on the Harmonis@tion website starting July 15th.
- Presentation files should be named using the format OR#_name.surname and must be submitted in PowerPoint or PDF format at the Technical Desk on Wednesday, September 3rd, between 12:00 and 13:30

Registration and Abstracts
As in previous years, we are offering nearly 100 travel and accommodation grants to adrenal experts, including clinicians, researchers, as well as IT and ethics experts.
The call for travel grants is open until April 15, 2025. To be eligible, you must be a member of COST/Harmonis@tion from one of the COST Member Countries and submit an abstract for the meeting. A first version of your abstract must be submitted by April 15 to be considered for a travel grant, but you will have the opportunity to send the final version once more by May 20 for the meeting. IT, legal, and ethics experts are not required to submit an abstract to be eligible for a travel grant.
Grants will be awarded by the end of May, and recipients will be notified via email. We strongly encourage early-career investigators (under 45 years of age) and researchers from Eastern European countries to apply.
The general abstract submission deadline for the scientific meeting is May 20, 2025. This year your abstract should be attached during registration process as a Word file named LASTNAMEENSAT2025.doc (ie. SMITHENSAT2025.doc) and if you are later sending the amendment please send it under the same file name to the following email address: goharmonisation@gmail.com by May 20th, 2025.
Abstract guidelines:
- Please submit your abstract in 300 words, using Arial, font size 11.
- Authors name should be stated like this: McCartney Paul, Star Ringo…
- Affiliations: InstitutionName, City, Country
Abstract decision notifications will be sent via email by June 12th. If you submitted an abstract and did not receive a response, please check your spam folder (the email’s subject is ‘ENSAT 2025 – Abstract Notification’).
